Works with: Company Directors, Head of Operations, Warehouse team as well as additional support staff for the Christmas season.
Contract Term: 6 month contract (initially) 5 days a week, Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week (flexibility for additional hours during December)
The primary function of this role is to support the warehouse in picking and packing orders for dispatch, as well as support the Sales Director in a Sales capacity. We are looking for someone who has a good knowledge of wine and experience in the wine industry to work with the Sales Director in responding to inbound sales queries as well as working on our Account Management strategy.
This new role will be split 50:50 between the warehouse and office.
Core Job Requirements
Supporting the Warehouse team in picking and packing orders for dispatch each day
Responding to inbound sales queries and processing orders as required
Outbound sales emails and calls
Customer service follow up calls
Work with the Sales Director on Account Management Strategy
Ability to work with the Sales Director in order to achieve objectives and sales targets
Keen interest in wine and the wine industry
Excellent selling and account management skills
Strong time management skills and an ability to prioritise / multitask
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and an ability to act in a professional and customer focused manner at all times
A high level of flexibility is required for this new role
