We buy so much wine for our wine club that we get better prices and this is how you’ll benefit. We pass this on to you so you’ll always find really interesting wines, with a great story behind them and you’ll pay less too! Every delivery from Our Wine Club includes Michaels now infamous’ monthly notes for each wine. He writes each note himself and he is always at the end of the phone to have a chat about the wines you loved or want more of. Why the Wine Club At WineOnline.ie?
WineOnline.ie is a family owned and operated business. We were the first Irish wine website back in 1999 and have been operating exclusively online ever since.
Driven by a passion to sell great wines, we specialise in wine gifts, private events, weddings, wholesale and private wine sales. We get to know our customers tastes and preferences so we can continually bring them new and exciting wines we know they’ll love.
As well as a diverse range of wines from across the world, we import directly from small boutique vineyards that focus on quality, rather than quantity. We are not looking for wines made in bulk, but wines with roots that bind them to the place and that people that make them.
There is always a story behind each wine; where it was grown, why the winemaker choose to blend the way they did, or how it was matured. These are the details that influence every wine and add to the enjoyment and understanding of every single bottle.
This is one of the reasons we created our Wine Club – to share the stories of the wines we’ve sourced every month with our members.
FAQ's
Cases usually contain a mix of red and white wines and may also contain rosé, sparkling and fortified wines depending on the season. Whilst we try to pick interesting wines, if there is any style you particularly don't like just tell us and we will replace it with another wine we know you’ll love.
A Subscription to the Wine Club gives you complete control. When you sign up, you will have your own login at WineOnline.ie. From here you can sign in at any time and pause, cancel, upgrade or downgrade your subscription. You can also contact us any time by simply emailing hello@wineonline.ie and we can assist. There is no limit on how often you can pause your subscription.
You will receive your club case within 3-4 days of your order renewing. It will renew (and payment will be taken) on the same date that you subscribed initially. You will receive an ‘Order Confirmation’ email to advise you that your order has been processed and is on the way. Our couriers will then contact you by email in advance of each delivery to let you know that it is en route to you.
The more we know about you, the more we will be able to build up a profile of what you like. Feedback helps us fine-tune the wines we give to you. If we know you don’t enjoy light red wines or New World whites, we’ll do our best to ensure that your selection builds upon the types of wines you enjoy. We try to always bring you new and interesting wines, pushing the boundaries as we do so. We regularly import wines exclusively for our Wine Club and whilst they may not all be listed on our website, our wines are always available for Club members to purchase. Payment is taken on the date that your order renews.
