Is buying from WineOnline.ie cheaper than the Supermarket?
Probably. Firstly you are getting top notch wines that aren’t available on any supermarket shelves. Secondly, our margins are certainly lower than supermarket chains, so you should get a lot more wine (and better quality) for your money.
How do I know if the wine is any good?
We are absolute wine nuts. We try and test every single wine that we have for sale, and stand by its quality. If its not to your exact taste or liking, we’ll happily give you your money back.
Buying Online - Is it safe?
Understandably, people are reluctant to divulge confidential information on the Internet. However, with our SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption, shopping with WineOnline.ie is absolutely safe and secure. When you place an order online WineOnline.ie encrypts (scrambles) all personal information. Providing encrypted information online is even safer than doing it over the phone.
WineOnline.ie is committed to protecting your privacy and you can be assured of the highest level of security and confidentiality. We do not disclose any information about you (name, address, e-mail, phone etc.) to any third party. We will send e-mail only to customers or to individuals who choose to receive such e-mails. Who has access to my credit card details?
No one does. Payments are handled by Realex, a highly secure company which specialises in online payments. At no point does WineOnline.ie have access to your credit card details.

Is there a minimum purchase I must make?
No, there is no minimum or maximum order quantity. You can order as little or as much as you like. However, a €7.50 delivery charge will be applied to orders under €175. Delivery on all orders over €175 is free.
I have a voucher, how can I redeem it?
All you need to do when checking out, is to enter our voucher code in the discount box after you have entered your name and address details. Be sure to hit 'apply' and your voucher will deduct the value of your shopping basket by the voucher amount. Hey Presto! I have a One4All Voucher - How do I redeem it?
One4all gift cards can be used in the same way as a credit card. Select your purchase as if you are buying it and when checking out, select Visa Debit when prompted for type of card. Enter your One4all card number as if it were a credit card, using the expiry date and CVV code as well.
Can I change an order I have already made?
Yes, you have change any order before it has been dispatched. Please call us +353 (01) 8867732 so we can modify your order quickly.
Can I cancel an order?
If you want to cancel your order for any reason, give us a bell on +353 (01) 8867732 as soon as possible after you've ordered, and we'll do our best to cancel it for you and give you your money back. However, it isn't always possible to cancel your order because our warehouse team move VERY quickly! But you can refuse to accept the wines when they arrive. We'll then refund your money when the wine arrives back at our warehouse.
Do you offer refunds?
If you don't like a wine, or it's corked or damaged, then we'll give you a full refund. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org OR call us on +353 (01) 8867732 and we'll sort it out for you. If you have several bottles of the same wine that you want refunding, just pop them back into their box and we will gladly refund them upon return to us. All we ask is that you get them back to us.
I’m interested in joining your Discovery Club. Am I committing to anything and can I cancel at any stage?
No, it is completely free to join our club. You pay a specified amount every month, and receive a case of premium wine every other month. You can stop, pause or cancel your deliveries at any time. No hassle.
I need to buy a gift. Can my purchase be gift packaged?
Yes, the easiest and simplest thing to do is to go the ‘Gifts’ section of our site, and select your gift from here.You can schedule the delivery time for the gift, which will be nicely packaged for some wow-factor, and a gift-card included with your message.
