WineOnline.ie offer delivery all across the island of Ireland (ROI & NI) for €7.50 per package, and free when you spend over €175 per delivery address. We also offer a limited international service - see further details below.
Once dispatched*, orders are currently taking 1-3 working days to be delivered (in the ROI and NI) but this can vary in each area, depending on courier volumes.
*if your order has not been dispatched it may be waiting on stock, additional delivery address details, or be next to ship. If we need more details from you, our team will be in touch.
You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been processed and is being packed. This will be 'live' once it has left our warehouse and reached the Fastway depot.

Delivery is €7.50 per gift or case - 1 case €7.50, 2 cases €15.00 but FREE when your order is over €175 and being delivered to one address
We now have a limited shipping service to the UK on orders up to a maximum value of €145. The shipping cost, including all UK VAT and Duties, will be €80 per case with our courier partner Fastway (and Yodel in the UK). When you add an order for €145 or below to the cart and a shipping address in mainland UK this shipping cost will appear as an option.
As soon as we have a solution for orders above this value we will add this to our site - thank you for your patience as we navigate these new systems with our courier partners.
We deliver to the North of Ireland just as we do in the Republic. Deliveries on the island of Ireland - across all 32 counties - cost €7.50 per parcel or is free when you spend €175.
We work with Fastway couriers and have done for the last 20 years. We will email you a tracking number with your shipping confirmation email, so you can track your shipment on Fastway.ie.
If you choose to collect your order, our warehouse team will text you when your order is ready for collection. We can provide a 'no contact' drop directly into your boot if you would like to call the warehouse on 01 5820845 when you are outside.
Our Warehouse is located in Unit 4b Santry Hall Industrial Estate Santry, Dublin 9 (D09E3X2).
Santry Hall Industrial Estate is located between the Omni Shopping Centre and AIB Santry. Coming from the M50, head towards Ballymun off the M50 and take the second left at the Metro Hotel. This will bring you down Santry avenue. At the Junction at the end of Santry Avenue, turn right into Santry Village, and 300 meters down the road you will see AIB. Turn right into Santry Hall Industrial Estate immediately after the AIB Bank. Once in the estate look for Carpet Express. It is the first building you face as you come in the gate. It is a long building and the road veers to the left of it. We are at the gable end of the same building so follow the road around the side of the building and turn right at the end of the building.
Please note, to ensure safe and speedy delivery we require an Eircode and Irish mobile number for all gift recipients - we will not ship a gift without these details. Due to the fragile nature of our products we must ensure all shipping details are full and correct before shipping to avoid delays and damages.

If placing a large order with us, to more than 10 addresses, please call us, contact us on live chat or email us firstname.lastname@example.org and we will give you an address template for you to give us the necessary recipient details.
If you are ordering 10 or less gifts to multiple addresses, you can do all of that in one transaction. Add all the items you would like to send to cart firstly. When you checkout you can add multiple addresses and assign them to different gifts in the cart with ease. Next you can add gift messages the gifts going to each address before checking out with one payment.
