We have seen a large volume increase in orders and as a result, deliveries are taking approximately 4-5 working days from order.

Orders placed before 6pm each day, will be sent to our warehouse the following day. They will be dispatched the following day stock permitting. If stock is low, our team will contact you to offer a replacement or we will replenish and fulfill your order as quickly as possible. Once dispatched courier volumes will vary per area and in turn delivery times.

Our courier partner is also experiencing a large volume increase. You will receive a tracking number that will be live once your order leaves our warehouse so that you can keep an eye on it.

We have a delivery charge of €7.50 per gift or case. 1 case €7.50, 2 cases €15.00 but free if your order goes over €175 and so on. Delivery is free on all orders to any one address over €175. If you give us a Gift Message, we will always include a gift card like this one, wrapped up with your order.

You can choose your delivery preference when checking out onsite. All available options will be given to you. There are Delivery options for weekends and these costs are higher. We will do our best to accomodate all requests though, so do ask us and we will help where we can. We are on live chat most days and that is a great place to ask questions and make requests. For Deliveries, We use Fastway couriers and have done for the last 18 years. They are reliable and efficient. We will email you a tracking number with your shipping confirmation email, so you can trace your shipment at all times, eventually seeing a signature for the signee. Your wine / gift is our livelihood so we take great precautions to make sure it gets to you in great condition. 

You can call Fastway couriers on (01) 4242904 with a tracking number and they will help you trace your parcel. Tracking can also be done at www.fastway.ie.We will send gift vouchers anytime by email. 

Warehouse Pickup

If you choose to collect your order, no delivery charges will be applied to your order at checkout. Our Warehouse is located in Santry, Dublin 9. We are in Santry Hall Industrial Estate beside Omni Park. Coming from the M50, head towards Ballymun off the M50 and take the second left at the Metro Hotel. This will bring you down Santry avenue. At the Junction at the end of Santry Avenue, turn right into Santry Village, and 300 meters down the road you will see AIB. Turn right into Santry Hall Industrial Estate immediately after the AIB Bank. Once in the estate  look for Carpet Express. It is the first building you face as you come in the gate. It is a long building and the road veers to the left of it. We are at the gable end of the same building so follow the road  around the side of the building and turn right at the end of the building. You will See a reception for EFL. This is where you should come to request your pickup. Please call in advance so that we can have your order ready for collection. You will get an automatic email confirming your order is ready for Pickup once an email address has been provided at the time of order. Our Number is (01) 8867732.

UK Delivery 

We deliver to mainland UK and the cost per case delivery is €30, which will be calculated at checkout. Delivery to the 32 counties of Ireland is just €7.50 delivery, or free when you spend €175 on your order. 

IMPORTANT
Please always indicate a valid daytime telephone number (Mobile where possible) for the recipient so that the courier company may contact them if required.

Sending surprise gifts …

A lovely idea but can lead to disappointment if the recipient is unaware of the delivery – is not at home and the gift cannot be delivered.  When sending a surprise gift, please make sure you send it to an address where there is always somebody present (work place, always at home neighbour) as each delivery must be signed for.

Every package that leaves our warehouse is packaged with the utmost caution and care. We do our best to make your gifts look beautiful and presentable, For example, if you add a box of Chocolates or A bottle of Port to your order at checkout, we’ll wrap them all together as one lovely gift, and deliver them in one parcel.
