Premium quality Shiraz grapes are used to make this rich, intense wine. After fermentation in open top concrete or stainless steel tanks, the new wine is transferred to French and American oak barriques for 18 months maturation. A solid flavoursome wine with lots of rich, juicy fruit and smooth, savoury tannins.
