Bodegas Avinyo are a producer 'integrale'. This means the winery is one of 12 producers that produce wines owing to the highest standards of production. This includes single vineyard sites, low yields, hand harvesting, growing and making wines in house and practicing biodynamic and organic principles. This is a sparkling wine made in the traditional method and the quality is outstanding. This is easily comparible to Champagnes priced at over €100 and it is available at just €28 per bottle! 


Mirabeau X Provence Rosé

An ultra-pale salmon colour with peach reflections, X Provence Rosé originates from the beautiful wine growing area north of Aix-en-Provence.
Intense on the nose with yellow peaches, nectarines, pear, melon and a hint of almond flowers. A round and delicious mouthfeel, with nice length and a great freshness. Delicate notes of frangipane, vineyard peach and citrus. An airy and mouthwatering rosé and a great example of this stunning Provence appellation.

Domaines Ott* was founded in 1912 by Marcel Ott, an agricultural engineer from Alsace who dreamed of establishing a great wine estate near the Mediterranean. Today, the wineries are owned and managed by Champagne Louis Roederer and produce some of the world’s most prestigious wines, but particularly rosé wines, made at distinctively different estates in Bandol and Côtes de Provence appellations. Regarded as the “gold standard of rosé” by The Wall Street Journal, in 2016 Domaines Ott* released a new cuvée, By Ott.

Made by Famous Cava producers Bodegas Avinyo. Merlot planted in 1993 with a yield of 8,500 kg/ha. Deep, well-drained soil with a silt loam texture, very permeable and with good water retention  Light, pale rosé with a very aromatic nose with elegant aromas of ripe fruit, notes of pear and peach, a tasty, fresh and fleshy wine with a full-bodied finish.

Grower Jean Pol Hautbois has inherited his fathers vineyard with his sister and together they grow, vinify and bottle this champagne that they control the production of from the start to the finish which is really very important to them. Intense and fresh, this Rosé Vintage exudes small, acidic and finely crunchy red fruits. There is flesh and fullness, an expression that is always tactile and greedy. Great freshness, balance and lightness are its attributes, projected in a beautiful satin envelope and a saline perception.

The Austrian entrepeneur Karl Egger and his family have been visitors to region of Tuscany for decades. They fell in love with small corner, just outside the medieval town of Radda in Chianti between the citis of Siena and Florence. Rosato Tenuta di Carleone is a Sangiovese of pure fragrance. Pleasantly light and fresh. Tuscan wine that will make you smile in the summer. Natural fermentation for 2 months at 13-degree in stainless steel tanks, bottled in winter.
