Description:
This loamy south-facing slope where the vines are grown has a great capacity to store water and is situated directly by a forest, resulting in considerable temperature differences. Though the family has been growing wine for generations. the current owners of the property have invested hugely in understanding the climatic conditions, the soil types and in the cellar where the most modern technology is harnessed to produce the finest of wines. Here though, as in the vineyards, Hopler only intervenes in natural processes to aid and support between day and night.

Tasting Note:
Attractive pale lemon with bright lights. Crisp and dry finish with clean citrus flavours. This wine has a lingering, fresh fruity flavour with very good balancing acidity. It makes a delicious aperitif or try it with 'Quiche Lorraine'
