His philosophy: being a professional of foreign customer relationship in controlling technical process, selection and blends with his partners. Located in the heart of the widest vineyard in the world, La cave d’Alignan combines tradition and modernity, first throughout its various terroirs but also with its parcel selection and wine making process. Under Mediterranean climate, the terroir beneficiates of a strong wind coming from the North. This dry wind is a real protection for the vines. Moreover, they take advantage of a favourable exposure and this enables a slow grape maturity.
Tasting Note:
Pretty and enticing on the nose, with notes of boysenberry, cherry and fragrant, dusky florals. On the palate, crunchy dark cherry, cranberry and hedgerow fruit notes burst in the mouth and bring an immediate sense of freshness.
