Just north of the Abruzzo nestled in the rolling hills behind the walled city of Ascoli Piceno lies the estate of Saladini Pilastri.  They are one of the oldest families in the Marche.  All the vineyards are farmed organically which is no hardship given the hot, dry summers.  Produced from three of their finest native grape varieties to give you a beautifully crisp, joyful glass of modern Italian wine.

Tasting Notes: This wine is for anyone that wants a clean and crisp unoaked white wine that is very similar in style to an Albarino or a Lugana.
