Description : Almost 70 years have passed since 1956, when eleven Trentino farmers decided to join forces to found the town's Cooperative Winery. The precise date is 17 October and the official documents state: "the purpose of the Society is the moral and economic improvement of its members by promoting, through appropriate initiatives, the increase of their wine production and by providing for the processing and joint sale of the product". Today, as in the past, unity is strength and aggregation in a cooperative structure allows even the smallest producers to face the market and make a profit. The winery's range includes wines made from classic indigenous grape varieties, such as Marzemino and Teroldego, but above all some excellent classic method sparkling wines, TrentoDOC..
