Moscatel, with some honey on the nose. White floral notes and lime on the palate and a nice dry finish.

Passerina is a largely unknown grape variety. It is a fresh wine, with simple clean, elegant fruit with crisp minerality. If you like your Albarino, Chablis or Picpoul you will love this wine. It is a steal of a wine at the price point and will become one of your new favourites, as it has ours!

La Mancha, Spain

Blended from organically-grown Sauvignon Blanc, Verdejo and Macabeo grown by farmers in the Cuenca part of La Mancha, who cultivate their crop in the traditional way, tending old bush vines (en vaso) on sandy-chalk soils where no pesticides or fungicides are needed due to the punishingly hot climate.
Bright straw-coloured with appealing notes of grapefruit, pear and honeysuckle, this is fresh and zippy from the off, sweet tropical notes of papaya, pineapple and pear, with a twist of lime on the finish to cleanse and refresh the palate.
Tenute del Pojo Chardonnay
Abruzzo, Italy

A clean fresh and mineral driven chardonnay from Abruzzo. Grapes here are picked earlier than the red grapes for ripeness, and freshness, without overripening sugar levels and higher alcohol. The result is a wine in great harmony and balance. Wonderful freshness. Serve this with summer salads, fish and barbequed chicken.
