Bodegas Avinyo are a producer 'integrale'. This means the winery is one of 12 producers that produce wines owing to the highest standards of production. This includes single vineyard sites, low yields, hand harvesting, growing and making wines in house and practicing biodynamic and organic principles. This is a sparkling wine made in the traditional method and the quality is outstanding. This is easily comparible to Champagnes priced at over €100 and it is available at just €28 per bottle!

The energetic and charismatic Guillaume Gonnet is not your average Rhône winemaker. Extremely open in his attitude, his curious, boundary challenging approach extends beyond wine. Tavel is unique among the villages of the Southern Rhône as it is the only one where only rosé is permitted to be made, and some of the world's best it is too. Whereas with many rosés around the world consumers opt for the latest, youngest vintage available, with Tavel you have a serious wine with proper ageing potential. Pronounced fresh red fruit aromas lead onto a dry weighty and rounded palate with those strawberry, red cherry, nectarine, peach and watermelon fruit flavours coming through. Great, balanced acidity and a really long finish.

A Provençal-style rosé, boasting the classic copper-pink hue with golden reflections, characterized by Mediterranean scrub notes and pronounced salinity. Its name pays homage to femininity: Venus, an emblem of beauty and refined sensuality. Fresh aromas of wild strawberry, raspberry, and rose petals, followed by bright citrus and white peach on the palate. Crisp acidity and a subtle mineral character lead to a clean, elegant finish.

Wildeberg Coterie Cinsault Rosé

This wine is 100% Cinsault from a 30 year old bush-vine vineyard in Paarl, South Africa. The grapes were harvested at peak ripeness to preserve the rosé’s natural acidity, picked early in the cool morning and transported to Wildeberg. The result is a fine, lightly savoury wine with real depth. The older oak wraps this dry, mineral wine in a delicate creamy veil ultimately leaving a bright, structured and fine finish.

The Austrian entrepreneur Karl Egger and his family have been visitors to region of Tuscany for decades. They fell in love with small corner, just outside the medieval town of Radda in Chianti between the cities of Siena and Florence. Rosato Tenuta di Carleone is a Sangiovese of pure fragrance. Pleasantly light and fresh. Tuscan wine that will make you smile in the summer. Natural fermentation for 2 months at 13-degree in stainless steel tanks, bottled in winter.
