Rosabelle Rosé
Languedoc, France
1 x 75cl
Rosabelle is a dry rosé wine from the Languedoc, South of France. The vineyards are located a few miles from the Mediterranean Sea and are drenched in sunshine.
To create a fresh and fruity rosé with refreshing crispness, the grapes are harvested at night when the temperature is cool. The juice is sent after a gentle pressing to fermentation at low temperature in stainless steel tanks, enhancing the elegant aromatic profile of strawberry and raspberry notes. The wine stays on its fine lees at least two months and is stirred periodically providing a smooth texture and finish. The fresh and vivid fruit flavors on the palate make Rosabelle the perfect aperitif wine or accompaniment to lighter summer fare.

A beautiful shade of pomegranate red, with an exquisite bouquet, both subtle and intense. Mild spicy notes lead to a delightful duo of wild raspberry and flower petals. Rich, full bodied and fresh on the palate.
The fruit is a treat as the wine’s intensity retains an ethereal quality, leaving a trace of rich flavours and salty spiciness on the finish. A rosé made from red grapes, using the same vinification process as for white wine.
Domaine de Meyol Provence Rosé

Selection of the pressed juices and cold settling for 48 hours. Temperature controlled alcoholic fermentation (16°) with no malolactic fermentation.
Fresh and appealing, this lychee coloured wine offers white flowers and red berries on the nose with a hint of grapefruit. The flavours are complex, dominated by ripe tropical fruits and balanced by a lovely mineral structure.
Calusari Pinot Grigio Rosé
Southern Tsibilsi, Romania
1 x 75cl
Say Romania to most people in a wine discussion, and they think you have lost it. Well now try Calusari Pinot Grigio Rosé, which is completely sublime. It is made the dry way that the Irish like their whites. Named after a secret Romanian fraternal sect whose dance is said to look like they are flying through the air. They were also said to be able to cure the victims of fairies but that, I suspect has more to do with the Romanians love of wine! Calusari grapes are grown in rolling, picturesque vineyards that almost look and feel like Tuscany. Englishman, Philip Cox and his Romanian wife Elvira, have put in a huge amount of work into transforming their land into a modern winemaking haven. The results are outstanding wines that can stand shoulder to shoulder with their peers from around the world.
