Description:

The grapes are vatted in stainless steel tanks, bleeding off the yolk juice after 24-48 hours of cold maceration; Static racking is done to then ferment at a controlled temperature between 17 and 19°C. After a gentle clarification, it is stabilized by cold and bottled.

Tasting notes:

Very clean and bright appearance, raspberry red in color with bluish reminiscences. It presents intense aromas of sour red fruits (strawberries, raspberries) that predominate over the floral notes. Fresh, balanced, with good acidity. It has a lot of volume and smoothness. lingering finish.

Serve at a temperature of 12ºC. Ideal to accompany with fish, vegetables and pasta dishes.
