Spy Valley Wines is an independent, family-owned winery renowned for transforming a dry, rocky river terrace once deemed unfertile into 180 hectares of premium estate vines. Named after a nearby government satellite spy base, the brand playfully embraces an espionage theme with Morse code on its bottles.

Tasting Notes:
Mid ruby in the glass with wild strawberry and soft wood spice on the nose, this elegant wine offers pure red fruit, smooth acidity and a long, balanced finish with great texture.

Cranberry, plum, dark chocolate and coffee notes.
Generous palate weight with sweet red fruits, subtle spices and a long satisfying finish.
Clean ripe fruit was hand-picked and naturally fermented in open vats. After being aged in oak barrels the wine was blended and bottled.
