Description
The S.B.S Jamaica (Single Origin Rum) TECA is a unique, high-ester rum produced at the Long Pond distillery in Jamaica, distilled from molasses, and bottled by 1423 World Class Spirits. With an ABV of 57% and a characteristic TECA mark, this rum presents an intriguing aroma of solvents, esters, lime, pineapple, and nail polish. The flavor profile includes ester, funky notes, banana, raspberry, and pineapple. This rum works well both neat and in cocktails like Daiquiri, delivering a fresh and fruity experience with evident solvent and ester components. This bottling contains a splendid heavy pot still white rum from Jamaica with an ester level of 1200-1300 gr/hL, hence marked TECA.

Tasting Notes
Nose: Punchy at first, developing into notes of tropical fruits and flowers with a hint of burnt sugar.

Palate: Peppery with lush aromas of tropical fruits like papaya. A sweet touch of honey and slightly burnt notes in the finish.
