Raices is a range of wines based solely on indigenous Spanish varieties. Most of these varieties are strongly connected to their particular, native region. Their intention is to bring the beautiful spectrum of Spain's often unknown grape varieties to the consumer. Raices is his ode to authentic Spanish grape varieties. Its roots run deep in the soil and history of one of Europe's oldest wine cultures.

Along the western slope of the Jiloca Valley there are small towns surrounded by almond, peach and apple trees and beautiful, scattered plots of vineyards. The last one on this winding road is Acered, at 835 meters above sea level. Its slate soils are among the most representative in the region. The vines grow on the rock and produce concentrated wines, but always with a mineral and fresh note.

Tasting Note: Intense purple red colour. Massive aromas of ripe red fruits, very juicy wine with mineral nuances and great balsamic flavours.
