ÓL Low Tide Irish Cocktail

ÓL takes its name from the Irish word for “to drink”—a simple word rooted in gathering, sharing and connection.

 We are a new kind of Irish cocktail brand: bold, modern and shaped by the culture and landscape around us. We combine quality Irish spirits with unexpected ingredients—from Wild Wicklow Pine from our founders family farm in roundwood, and Dillisk Seaweed foraged in Co.Clare to palo santo, vetiver and organic verjus. The result is a range of sparkling cocktails that is distinctly Irish, without relying on the usual clichés. Our fully traceable spirit partners include Killowen Distillery, Two Stacks Bottlers & Blenders and Valentia Island Vermouth. Full provenance and traceability are available for every ingredient used in our recipes.
