The Novilunio Tinto from Ribeira Sacra is made with 100% Mencia grapes. Planted in granite and slate soils, with different amounts of silts, sands and clays, this wine is produced from a very low yield and traditional integrated viticulture, heroic in terraces. 

It stands out for its cherry red colour, with purplish edging and medium-high layer. Its aroma is intense and clean, reminiscent of currants, forest fruits, ripe fruit and a floral background of violets, with a marked personality. It is distinguished by its elegance and complexity.

Tasting Note:
The wine has a bright cherry colour with high intensity and a purple rim. It has a rich aroma with notes of ripe currants, blackberries, wild strawberries, and raspberries, with a subtle floral backdrop of violet. A wine with character. Refreshing on the palate, balanced, complex, and long-lasting. It stands out for its elegance and complexity.
