Description:
Minius is made by Adegas Valmiñor, a modern Galician winery founded in 1998, with winemaker Cristina Mantilla. The Godello comes from 30-year-old vines in the Ladairo valley in Ourense, on a mix of sand, schist and clay, pruned to keep yields low and flavours concentrated.

Tasting Notes:
Golden in colour, with the classic Godello flavours of apple, pear and peach. Fresh and fruity, with a lovely rounded texture.

Seafood, grilled fish, roast chicken and creamy pasta dishes.
