WineOnline.ie are delighted to welcome Justine Paris-Manissier, of Maison Louis Jadot, for a spectacular evening celebrating the wines, vineyards and unique terroirs of Burgundy.
Founded in 1859, Maison Louis Jadot has become one of Burgundy's most renowned and respected wine houses. Its story began with the acquisition of the celebrated Beaune Premier Cru Clos des Ursules in 1826, before Louis Henri Denis Jadot formally established the Maison in 1859. Over the generations, the house has built an extraordinary collection of vineyards and relationships across Burgundy, with a philosophy centred on preserving and expressing the character of each individual terroir.
For this very special WineOnline.ie dinner, we are delighted to welcome Justine Paris-Manissier, Export Director of Maison Louis Jadot, who will guide guests through a spectacular selection of Burgundy wines from one of the region's most celebrated maisons.
Justine brings extensive knowledge and experience of Burgundy and Maison Louis Jadot to the evening. With English, French and Spanish among her professional languages, she is an accomplished communicator and regularly presents the wines of Louis Jadot to wine professionals and enthusiasts internationally.

The evening will begin with a glass of Louis Jadot Chablis on arrival before Justine takes us on a journey through the extraordinary diversity of Burgundy.
Guests will have the opportunity to taste a carefully selected range of Maison Louis Jadot wines, showcasing different appellations, vineyards and styles from across the region. From elegant regional wines and classic village expressions through to the more prestigious Premier Cru and Grand Cru wines, the evening will explore what makes Burgundy so unique.
Maison Louis Jadot's portfolio encompasses the great wine regions of Burgundy, including Chablis, the Côte de Nuits, Côte de Beaune, Côte Chalonnaise and Mâconnais, allowing us to explore the remarkable diversity of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir across the region.
The dinner will be accompanied by a three-course meal, with each course carefully matched to the wines being presented.
Expect an exceptional evening of fine Burgundy, great food and fascinating insight into the world of Maison Louis Jadot, with Justine sharing stories of the vineyards, appellations, winemaking and people behind the wines.
For Burgundy lovers, this will be a particularly special opportunity to taste a selection of wines from one of the region's great historic houses while gaining a deeper understanding of the concept of terroir, climats and the hierarchy of Burgundy's appellations.
