Avinyó Petillant is a 'vi d’agulla', the Catalan term for a prickly wine bottled with a little natural effervescence retained from the winemaking process. This vibrant and refreshing wine is the traditional summertime quaffer of the Penedès region of Catalonia, and it makes an excellent low sugar, low alcohol and high quality alternative to Prosecco. This spritzy white has delicate notes of honeysuckle, tart grapefruit, lime and a vibrant minerality.
Marquis de Goulaine Rose D’Anjou

Nobility, prestige, and tradition are linked for more than 1000 years at Goulaine. Thirty successive generations permitting to the domain to be granted letters of nobility and to be one of the last “Great Chateaux of Loire”. This low abv Rosé is brimming with ripe strawberry fruit with lots of mouth watering zing in the middle and slightly sweet on the finish.
Domaine de Pellehaut Harmonie Blanc

Martin and Mathieu Béraut manage a historic vineyard in Gascony, a family estate for 400 years where vines, cattle breeding (Blonde d'Aquitaine breed) and cereals cohabit in perfect harmony and offer a rich and varied biodiversity. Harmonie de Gascogne is the first “cuvée” of the estate. A silvery colour with green highlights and an expressive nose. Yellow-fleshed fruits (peach, apricot) are present, as are flowers (lime blossom, honeysuckle). On the palate we find apricot, pear and white peach, with a grapefruit finish.

Domaine de Pellehaut Harmonie Rouge

A blend of 6 grapes - Merlot, Cabernet, Tannat, Syrah, Malbec and Pinot - Pellehaut Harmonie de Gascogne red is remarkably balanced, showing vibrant fruit flavours married with toasty oak. A light red wine that is juicy and full of gorgeous plummy fruit. Red fruits dominate, notably morello cherry and strawberry. The palate is fruity (blackcurrant and strawberry) and delicately peppery. The tannins are smooth. Chill slightly on warmer days for a lovely refreshing glass of red.
