Gruner is planted in several states in the US as well as Australia and New Zealand.
Gruner Veltliner is a very food friendly wine. When it started being widely imported into the US a few years ago, It quickly became every Sommeliers favorite white wine and today it adorns many restaurant wine lists.
Ageing Potential: Drink Now
Fresh and lively with aromas of lemon and apple. Light-bodied with nice acidity Clean, Crisp and Dry. Without the influence of the Danube River, a slightly warmer climate, and the unique soils, this Gruner Veltliner is distinctly Hungarian.
