The grapes are hand-picked at the best time and the grapes are peeled, pressed and transformed into wine by careful maceration to extract their colour, tannins and aromas, which are promoted by constant stirring during fermentation. This is done in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature between 28 and 30°C until the right level of sweetness (Baumé) is reached. At this point grape brandy is added to produce the final liqueur wine. This is a quality wine made by blending wines from different vintages to obtain the sensory qualities of these old yellow-brown port wines. Each of these wines is aged in oak barrels for different periods of time, and the age of the label is determined by the average age of all the wines in the blend. The resulting blend shows the characteristics of aging in wood. Tasting notes: Gold with amber accents in the glass.
