This wine is made from 100% Riesling grown organically on limestone sites of the villages of Herxheim am Berg , Kirchheim and Bissersheim. Natural fermentation in 75% wooden casks which are up to 100 years old and 25% in stainless steel. After 5 months on lees this Riesling was bottled.

Tasting Notes:

Elegant dry Riesling with yellow fruit of peach and citrus combined with floral notes. The fruits continues on the mouth with a mineral character, a vibrant acidity and lots of juiciness.

Food Suggestion: Great by itself but also ideal with food. Perfect with slightly spiced dishes like curry and Asian cuisine.
