One of the smallest distilleries in Ireland, Baoilleach Distillery takes pride in producing high-quality handcrafted spirits that capture the spirit of Donegal and its illustrious distilling history. They use a direct fire and a small copper still, all manually operated, in producing a batch. There are between 250 and 350 bottles in a batch, and each batch requires several spirit distillations.

This 100% Blackstrap cane molasses rum is a mixture of double distilled pot still rum and 4 Plate Column distilled Rum. Aged in a vat for 9 months, this white rum has come of age and is ready. Bottled at 45% abv, in our opinion this is one of the finest rums being made in Ireland today. Whether sipping or as the base of a daiquiri, this is probably of one the best value rums on the market, and deserves a spot in your spirits collection. 

Tasting Notes:
This white Rum is full of flavour, with sweetness, deep hints of cane molasses, high ester funk, coffee, chocolate and aniseed. 

Bottled with a wax seal in a 50CL bottle, 45% abv
