"Deep ruby in colour, the Echo really does fall into the Lynch Bages style. Black fruit dominates the nose and crunchy, grippy tannins frame the palate. Unlike most second wines, here the focus is on structure and rich black fruit. It really does offer the taste of Lynch Bages, and will need several years ageing before it is is ready to drink. Chewy, serious and deep with a lick of liquorice and tar on the finish."
