Every bottle that comes from the estate is bottled there, and comes from their own vineyards, making sure that consistency and quality always prevail. There is a 3.5 million bottle cellar at the winery where all of their wines age and it’s open to the public if you ever find yourself close to them!
Tasting Note:
Delicate and bright pale pink colour with violet reflections. This wine displays varietal aromas, standing out bouquet flowers with hints of red fruit yogurt. In the mouth it is pleasant, delicate, fruity, fresh and very balanced.
This wine matches perfectly with smoked fish, soups, creams and salads. It also goes well with Mediterranean cuisine such as rice plates and pastas and dishes with bittersweet sauces.
