Description:
Mas Candí is the project of Ramon Jané and friends in the hills above Sant Sadurní d'Anoia in the Penedès. The vineyards are farmed organically and biodynamically, and the winery is a member of Corpinnat, the group of growers who left the Cava DO to champion estate-grown, hand-harvested sparkling wine from the heart of the Penedès.

This Brut Nature is made from organically farmed grapes and aged for 15 months in bottle before release, with no added dosage.

Tasting Notes:
Bright citrus aromas of lemon and grapefruit with hints of green apple. Lively on the palate with fine, persistent bubbles, white fruit and a mineral touch, finishing beautifully dry.

Food Pairing:
A superb aperitif, and lovely with oysters, shellfish, tempura and salty tapas.
