Description:
Bodegas Barbadillo has been making sherry in Sanlúcar de Barrameda since 1821 and is one of the great names of the Manzanilla town, with soleras that stretch back generations.

Eva is a Cream sherry made by blending a five-year-old Oloroso with a Pedro Ximénez of the same age, bringing together the nutty depth of a dry fortified wine with the richness of a sweet one.

Tasting Notes:
Mahogany in colour. An intense nose of noble woods, nuts, plums and raisins. Dense and flavourful on the palate, unctuous and smooth, with a dry start and a sweet finish. Serve at around 15°C.

Food Pairing:
Traditionally served with roast suckling pig; also great with chicken curry, blue cheese or desserts.
