Bodegas Avinyo is a family winery based in the hills of Penedes in the hillsides above Barcelona. This winery are one if the 15  properties in the area named an Elabrador Integrale. This is a new D.O created for the very best producers of Cava, who producer Cava to a high standard, that of a top champagne house. In order to achieve Elabrador Integrale status, one must produce Cava to very strict yields, grow all grapes on property owned by the estatea nd bottle everything onsitte so that the pricess is tarted and finished within the hands of thea same team, thus ensuring quality of production all the way through. 

1 x Avinyo Brut Reserva 75cl
Avinyó can trace the lineage of its estate back to 990. Needless to say, quite a lot has changed in the 1000+ year history of the land, but once vineyards were planted in the 16th century, the desire to have grapes on-hand only grew.  For this reserve expression, the usual trifecta of Spanish Cava grapes--Parellada, Xarel-lo, and Macabeo--are employed. As is a custom for the house, only free-run juice of the pressed berries is fermented. It then spends time in oak barrels before aging 24 months in a bottle on the lees. This fine sparkler could easily be mistaken for a high-end Champagne.
Displays red fruits, roasted apples, and a crisp, mineral-driven finish. This fresh, vibrant sparkling wine showcases ample fruit and notes of fresh baked bread.

1 x Avinyo Blanc de Noirs 75cl
This plot is settled in a low-lying area, protected from the easterly Levant winds, making it the perfect location to grow the Pinot Noir from which we make our Blanc de Noirs cava. This is a 100% Pinot Noir made Cava thus it has the unique and rare priviledge of being a sparkling white wine made from red wine grapes. 

1 x Avinyo Reserva brut Rosé 75cl
Cherry colour, bright and with good bubbles. Good aromatic intensity on the nose, highlighting raspberry and liqueur tones. The palate is soft and fresh with herbaceous touches and a very good varietal character.
