Description:
Galicia is a very individual region within Spain, with a language and culture all of its own. It is also home to what is arguably Spain's greatest white grape, Albariño, which grows on the traditional pergolas throughout the Rías Baixas area of Galicia.
Señorio de Beade is a family-owned winery founded by the González-Vázquez family in 1987, located in the town of Beade, Ourense, within the “O Ribeiro” denomination of origin. Since its inception, significant investments have been made, and the most advanced technologies have been implemented to produce both white and red wines, taking into account traditional methods and grape varieties.
Tasting Note:
It has a bright yellow colour with greenish reflections. The wine is highly aromatic and fresh on the palate, featuring vibrant notes of white fruits and citrus. With balanced acidity, it is both fruity and mineral.
Food Matches:
This wine pairs perfectly with fish, seafood, pasta dishes, and cheeses. Due to its complex aroma and flavour profile, it is also recommended with meat.
