Stefano’s deep connection to winemaking is rooted in his extensive experience, including his pivotal role in the development of iconic wines like Tignanello and Solaia at Marchesi Antinori. His expertise is further enriched by collaborations with celebrated Australian winemakers and leadership in the prestigious ‘Consorzio Tuscania’ research programme on Sangiovese in Tuscany between 2007 and 2011.
