Tasting Notes:
Intense citrus notes of lemon, bergamot and grapefruit, complemented by yellow and green apple, persimmon and maritime hints of seaweed and sea spray; fresh herbs such as lemon balm, lemon thyme and mint.

This wine is made from strict biodynamic practices.
