Description:
Bramito is produced from the vineyards surrounding the medieval castle at Castello della Sala. One variety that thrives in this terroir is Chardonnay. The vineyards are on soils rich in fossil deposits with veins of clay that give the wine minerality and elegance.

Bramito  barrel fermented in French Allier and Toncais oak which gives an elegant richness to this wine, yet the oak is very subtle.

Tasting Notes:
This is a delicious  white wine  with attractive aromas of peaches and apricots. The palate is dry with refreshing acidity and lots of subtle ripe peach fruits with a long lingering finish and great length. Ideal as an aperitif or with creamy dishes. 

Food Suggestion: Enjoy with creamy pasta, seafood  and white meats.
