EMS Wild Baron White Rum

​In heraldry, a coat of arms is a symbolic representation that refers to the EMS distillery. EMS guarantees combined strength through complementary knowledge. Crossing the swords is the reinforcement of each other's strengths to arrive at a refined Belgian white rum. Wild Baron, whose initial W. is a nod to the name Waltérus. It is a link with the first landowner to be found in the village where the EMS distillery is located. He was of noble, knightly descent who was given the opportunity to become the first lord of Poederlee, Waltérus de Pùderla (1209). 

Tasting Notes:
