Tasting Note: Medium bodied, smooth tannins and rich on the palate, this 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon’s fruit flavours were all dark – both berry and cherry – and accented with cedar notes. Not to be overlooked, this South Australian’s bouquet was dark fruit focused too and enhanced by scents of oak and violets. Pair with braised meats. Enjoy.
