A twelve bottle selection with 2 bottles of 6 different prosecco's. The style here is all Frizzante which is a lighter Fizz than Champagne or Cava. Alcohol levels tend to be lower as well at around 10% making this an ideal aperitif or wedding wine. Gentle Spritz on the tongue leads to mouth-filling flavours of Strawberries and Cream or Pear and Vanilla.

The wine pours a bright straw yellow colour, with some greenish hints; the nose is pleasant and fruity, with good intensity. It has a fresh flavour, and to the palate is pleasant and harmonious.
If you drink Prosecco then you have to have this, made from a grape that you've (probably!) never heard of, from an area in Italy more noted for wine made from the Montepulciano grape. The quality far surpasses that of any Prosecco at this price. This sparkling wine has so much flavour, think citrus, grapefruit and white flowers. Amazing value
