Description
The S.B.S Guyana PM is a unique rum produced on the most famous still in the rum world- the fabled double wooden Port Mourant pot still at the Diamond Distillery in Guyana. It is bottled by 1423 World Class Spirits. Distilled in 2021 from Molasses and bottled in 2022, this unaged rum boasts an ABV of 57%. Alluringly sweet and spicy - delightful neat but this would really elevate classic tiki cocktails.

Tasting Notes
Nose: Interesting spicy and salty notes with a touch of dried dates and roasted corn.

Palate: Surprisingly mild, sweet and chewy with notes of flambéed marshmallows, cotton candy and fine bitterness in the finish.
