Three times a year for the past 24 years, in the Spring, Summer and Autumn, we clear down lots of wines and assemble them into our now famous Pot Luck Selections. We gather loose bottles  from previous  mixed case selections and combine these with hundreds of bottles destined for restaurants – some really awesome ones, to form our Pot luck selections. 

In fact, Pot Luck has grown so much that we buy in wines from some of the leading suppliers to the Irish and UK wine and restaurant trade in order to cater for demand. We taste everything, and nothing goes into these cases if it is not drinking really well at present. Wines from all over the world, including some classy Italians, rocking Rioja’s, random top premiums and a good smattering of mixed wines from France, Australia, New Zealand and Spain – in fact from all over the world – with compilations of all white, all red or mixed – with 6 reds and 6 whites. All at the best value you will get bar none!
