"Oynos" Pinot Grigio Biologico is a semi-dry white wine made from Pinot Grigio grapes from organic Castellani Sicilian vineyards that meet all EU criteria in Italy. Organic wines are made from grapes cultivated without the use of synthetic fungicides, herbicides or fertilizers. After grinding, maceration and cold fermentation is carried out, after which the wine is aged in stainless steel tanks and in bottles.

Vineyards Castellani grow in the western part of Sicily at an altitude of 350 meters above sea level. Due to climatic advantages and extensive knowledge in the field of vineyard cultivation, farm workers use only organic methods of vine cultivation. This allows you to preserve the natural balance of the environment, and the created organic wine has excellent quality. Crop harvested in the first weeks of September. Fermentation and short aging of wine takes place in stainless steel tanks at a strictly controlled temperature, to preserve the unique taste and aromatic characteristics.

Tasting Notes: The wine is straw yellow colour with greenish reflections. The aroma is of of apple and pear and are complemented by notes of citrus and floral notes.
