Description:
Tariquet has been the cradle of the Grassa family since 1012. In 1946, Helene and Pierre Gassa restored the estate and develop the vineyards. In 1972, two of their children, Maite and Yves, took over the estate and decide to bottle and sell the Bass-Armagnac produced at the estate under their own name. In 1982, they started to produce their first wine. Today Yve's two sons, Armin and Remy, represent the third generation of winemakers at the helm of the estate. With 900 hectares of vines in production, Tariquet is the largest family owned wine estate in France. All our wines are made exclusively from estate grown fruit and produced and bottled at the Domaine du Tariquet estate, allowing for quality control from the vines to the bottles.
Superbly intense for a dry fruity white, its bouquet reveals floral and citrus aromas with nice touches of tropical fruit. Light and well-balanced, this wine is a thirst-quenching pleasure.
