The Karman line is defined as the limit between Earths atmosphere and outer space. It is a concept that is not usually applied within the world of wine, but here it is based on the endeavor to go beyond traditional confines in exploration of something new.
Kármán belongs to the range of wines produced by Bodega Gómez Cruzado under the Karman wines project. The purpose of this project was to produce younger, fresher and more approachable wines using mainly grenache.
Kármán is a fruit forward and juicy red dominant in grenache but with some tempranillo added in for robustness and complexity.
Tasting: Juicy and easy to drink, very clean, young and fruit-driven with notes of berries and herbs.
