Bodegas Bianchi Particular Malbec

Description:
A beautiful, high-quality Malbec from Bianchi, which perhaps owes its incredible elegance to the 4% Cabernet content and has always been made exclusively from vines from Finca Asti, the historic vineyard of Bodega Bianchi at 750m above sea level. Traditional irrigation by flooding the soil, which has little organic matter, ensures perfect ripening conditions for the vines. With a yield of just 1kg per plant - i.e. two plants per bottle - the result is a powerful Malbec with great typicality that shows what Bodega Bianchi can really do. Production quantity: 32,000 bottles.
Tasting Note:
Bianchi Particular Malbec is a wine with an intense and deep red color with light shades tending towards purple. Its aromatic profile is complex with aromas of ripe dark fruit (especially black cherry, blackberry and plum) and sweet spices. There are notes reminiscent of chocolate and smoke, deriving from the aging in wood. On the palate, the wine is fresh and voluminous. Like all great Malbec's, it shows a well-structured body and a powerful yet smooth character. It is an elegant wine with velvety tannins and well-balanced acidity. The finish is long and recalls the aromas perceived on the nose.
