Description:
This is the winery's flagship Albariño, with grapes sourced from estate owned vineyards in O Rosal, in the south of Rias Baixas. An elegant style of Albariño driven by the coastal influence from the Atlantic, and from the Miño river which borders the region.

Tasting Notes:
This wine is bright pale yellow with a steely hue. The nose has hints of white fruit like apricot, grapefruit and melon. All seamlessly integrated with elegant floral background. The taste is fresh and tasty, with flavours of apple on the palate leading in to a nice bitter finish. Mouth-watering acidity.

Food Pairing:
The classic match would be seafood - mussels and oysters, perhaps as a seafood risotto or pasta dish.
