Both are from the North of Italy and anyone that loves wine will know them straight away. We chose them because the producers are two of the top wine producers in Italy if not the world.

For years, the Lugana region was a secret shared among the thousands of tourists who flock annually to the delightful villages that surround Italy’s largest lake. But thanks to a continuous rise in quality, Lugana’s fame has finally spread beyond Northern Italy. Some of the top names in Italian wine have bought land and vineyards recently in the area. The list includes Amarone powerhouses Allegrini, Tommasi and Cesare, as well as the Santa Margherita group.

Here you'll find wonderful aromas of green apple, peach and lemon. The palate is dry with gorgeous fruit flavours and mouth watering acidity.

Paolo di Camillo manages the family business Di Camillo Vini, which was founded in 1900 by his family in Abruzzo. Over the years, the di Camillo family bought more and more vineyards in the best areas around Poggiofiorito. Paolo di Camillo skillfully combines tradition with the most modern technologies, which gives him his charming wines with the unbeatable price-quality ratio. Paolo is the fourth generation of the now 100 years old winery Di Camillo Vini, which offers absolutely excellent wines!
Now Sara his daughter, also works with him in the winery and What began as a small winery with a few wines has grown into a real top-class estate over the four generations. 
This is a spectacular wine. Intense, with spice and leather notes, with pure rich generous fruit. It is vinified in the traditional way, then aged for 18 months in small casks and left to rest in bottle for 7 months before release. A spectacular wine with all the depth and weight expected of a flagship wine from Di Camillo. This is the top wine from the estate, and it offers great value as well. An amazing gift.
