Bodegas Beronia Beronia presented its white wine Verdejo 2016 Rueda.
These wineries founded in 1973 by a group of businessmen and friends of a Society Gastronómica joined the González Byass group in 1982, and managed to become one of the six most important Rioja wineries, which offers products that combine the Rioja tradition with new innovations.
This white wine is made from grapes Verdejo, selected from a vineyard located one kilometer from Rueda and was planted in 1999. Once the grapes arrive at the winery fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with temperature controlled, resulting in a pale yellow wine is obtained with an intense range of herbal aromas, fruity and floral in mouth is tasty, persistent, fresh and slightly bitter.
Tasting Note:
Intensely aromatic, the wine displays notes of citrus and white fruit, together with herbaceous aromas such as fennel. On the palate it's crisp and fresh. Elegantly textured with ripe, white peach and melon with threads of fresh, fennel herbs.
