El Soi. Originally a Parellada vineyard planted in 1984 and later re-grafted with Malvasia from the vineyard of L’Hospital de Sitges. Calcareous clayey soils that provide acidity.
Font de la Canya. A plot of Xarel·lo planted in 1991, surrounded by forest that protects it from the sweltering summer heat, offering a perfect microclimate for the development of the vineyard. Produces wines with structure.
La Guàrdia. The highest and most rugged vineyard on the property, situated 350 m above sea level, the soil texture is stony with a predominance of lime, poor in organic matter, giving the wines youth and freshness.
