Description:

It is the king of wines not only in Verona, but worldwide. During the harvest only the best bunches are selected and then left to dry until January. The partial aging in new oak barrels is ideal for letting this noble wine mature to perfection. After being bottled, the wine remains in our cellar at a constant temperature to allow further ageing. It can be wonderfully enjoyed immediately or it can be kept for more than 10-15 years without losing its qualities. 

Tasting Note:
Colour: deep and intense ruby red with garnet nuances on the rim due to the ageing.

Nose: clean, marked bouquet of ripe red fruits like cherry and blackberries, fruit in alcohol, with spicy nuances.

 Palate: persistent and soft, with well balanced tannins. This well structured wine leaves a clean and pleasantly satisfied mouth.
