ensures that the grapes are in perfect condition when they are picked.

This wine is certified by the Australian Certified Organic standards and is 100% vegan. It's made without the use of chemical fertilisers and pesticides in the vineyard. With very few additions, the wine goes through wild fermentation, using only the natural yeasts present in the vineyard and on grape skins.

"Attractive tropical-fruit salad, including papaya and passion fruit. Very bright and juicy, with plenty of pink-grapefruit freshness. A slight touch of grapefruit bitterness adds character at the finish."

Tasting Note:  
Yalumba Organic Sauvignon Blanc is lemon in colour with hints of green. Pawpaw, passionfruit and fresh herbs dominate the aromas. The lovely textural palate has tropical flavours and lemongrass, finishing with a zesty palate and crisp acidity.

Enjoy with zucchini flowers, or salt and lemon pepper squid or tofu with a green mango salad.
